Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "You") and phh365 ("phh365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the phh365 website located at phh365.net, including all subpages, mobile-optimized versions, and any services, games, promotions, or features offered therein ("Platform").

Your use of the phh365 Platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. phh365 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where an application is suspected to be fraudulent or where the applicant appears on any regulatory exclusion list.

Identity Verification (KYC)

phh365 operates under a Know Your Customer ("KYC") framework consistent with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and applicable Philippine financial regulations. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)

• Funds deposited into your phh365 account that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a reversal processing fee in cases where a withdrawal is requested immediately following a deposit without gameplay activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

phh365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus conditions apply across all phh365 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus credits, which are separate from your real-money cash balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting using phh365 bonus funds, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group play designed to extract value from promotions — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, potential forfeiture of winnings derived from abusive play, and possible account suspension.

phh365's VIP loyalty program operates under a separate set of terms communicated to enrolled members. Points accrued under the VIP program are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the platform's loyalty redemption system.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phh365 Platform — including live casino titles, slots, fishing arcade games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface or on the respective game information page. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All game outcomes on phh365 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by real-time live dealer activity, as applicable to each game type. phh365 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phh365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.

• Engaging in any form of offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at phh365 staff or other members through any platform channel.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display glitches, or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known technical error are not payable and will be reversed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phh365 Platform — including but not limited to the phh365 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of phh365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from phh365.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use phh365 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content hosted on the phh365 Platform from third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, Jili, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. phh365 is a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership thereof.

Privacy & Data Protection

phh365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering an account on phh365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

phh365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A chargeback or dispute filed by the account holder against a phh365 transaction without prior contact with phh365 support.
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring account closure.
• Determination that the account holder is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, phh365 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, subject to regulatory guidelines. Where termination is initiated by phh365 for operational reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phh365 support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phh365, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliated game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the phh365 Platform or any of its services.
• Interruptions, errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions affecting the Platform or any third-party game provider systems.
• Loss of data, winnings, or account access resulting from circumstances beyond phh365's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Any decisions made based on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phh365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Gambling involves financial risk. phh365 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager placed on the Platform. You acknowledge that you participate in gambling activities at your own risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome.

Amendments to These Terms

phh365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phh365 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels:

• An email notification sent to your registered email address.
• An in-platform notification visible upon your next login.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version of the Terms came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the phh365 Platform, you agree to first contact phh365 support to seek an informal resolution. phh365 aims to resolve all member disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter covered by PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as applicable.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
